Presented are the historical wax models, the history of Joseph II and that of the Viennese Medical School up to the darkest sides of the country under National Socialism.

The current special exhibition “de auribus – 150 years of ear clinic in Vienna” to commemorate the founding of the ear clinic in 1873 deals with the human hearing organ and provides insight into the exciting history of ear medicine. With art contributions by Jeremias Altmann, Christina Gruber, Meret Oppenheim, Katharina Sabernig and Nives Widauer.

6 - 8.30 pm | Wanja Rosenthal and Gidi Kalchhauser share a common musical language musical language: jazz. From it they draw the breathtaking harmonic and melodic richness with which they whirl through their musical dialogues. Once epic, then again small-scale,
once belligerent, then again conciliatory: this is the music of the duo
Rosenthal-Kalchhauser.

7.00 - 9.00 p.m I In the historic lecture hall, which has been shining in new splendor since 2022, the dismantling and restorative exposure of the original paintings from the 18th century will be discussed. Short presentations every 30 minutes.
